Alex Reynolds, LMFT
Life is an incredible gift and yet is often hard.
We experience brokenness and disorder of various kinds because of the fall, but God being rich in mercy has promised to give us his wisdom, peace, and strength to persevere in faith through the trials and challenges we face (Romans 5:3-5). Sometimes we find ourselves or our loved ones in need of additional support, and in these times, guidance from a professional therapist can be wise and helpful. Therapy is a process designed to increase self-awareness, gain internal coherence, and improve our understanding of our behavioral and relational patterns.
My goal as a Christian Therapist is to provide a safe space for clients to sort through the complexity of their human condition and develop practical skills to heal, fight against sin, and grow in their knowledge, trust, and confident love of Christ (2 Peter 1:3-8).
Alex Reynolds earned a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy and Counseling from Reformed Theological Seminary in 2013.
